‎The journey of this Colombian crop begins in the high Huila Heights, at an altitude of between 1600 and 1900 meters, where the coffee cherries are carefully harvested in small farms, and then undergo an initial fermentation stage that gives them rich and unique flavors.‎

‎The fruits are then transported to Los Patios facilities, where they undergo a second 60-hour fermentation process based on yellow tropical fruits, which sequence the beans with a distinct fruity aroma and a balanced natural sweetness nectar. The journey is completed with a delicate drying phase under the sun, ensuring a plump texture and perfect harmony in every cup.‎
