By purchasing from Gnad Coffee, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may submit a return request within a maximum period of four (4) weeks from the date you receive your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original condition, exactly as received

  • The item must be in its original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


2. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Please note that coffee beans (The Beans) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to, opened, unopened, or sealed bean products.


3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return request, please contact us through:

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide further instructions if the return is approved.


4. Refunds (If Applicable)

If your return is approved and received in acceptable condition:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same return conditions outlined above.
Coffee beans are not eligible for exchange.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt with relevant details and photos so we can assist you promptly.
