Amid the mountain mist and at an altitude of up to 2,200 metres, lives Esway, a quiet 70-year-old Ethiopian farmer who inherited his father’s passion for coffee farming. For many years, he has tended to the coffee vineyards in the high Hambela Highlands of Ethiopia, where he carefully picks coffee beans with the first strands of the morning, just as his grandparents did before him.
Out of that fertile land, cold mist, and thriving coffee trees, was born Goji coffee, the bean that holds nature’s secrets in every sip. When this coffee arrives at the Sound Roaster, it is roasted and transformed into a unique experience with blueberry, strawberry and peach flavors, offering you a vibrant cup, balanced between sweetness and mild acidity, and a medium texture that gives you an exceptional feel.
