  • Gnad Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Return requests must be submitted within four (4) weeks of receipt

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Coffee beans are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances
