It&#8217;s incredible how they&#8217;ve passed down the tradition of coffee farming for four generations. 60% of the coffee cherry trees there grow slowly under shade, which allows them to age gracefully.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The flavor profile of this coffee sounds amazing! Tropical fruits, nuts, and chocolate, it must taste delicious! The natural processing method gives it a unique taste, and the Bourbon, Pacas, and Catuai varieties add to its complexity.
