HOW TO BREW:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Before\u00a0<\/strong>the\u00a0first pour
\n<\/strong>\u2022 Prepare a dose of 15 grams of coffee.
\n\u2022 Heat water to around 90 – 93 degrees Celsius.
\n\u2022 Pre-wet the paper filter on the dripper & dispose of the water in the server.
\n\u2022 Grind the coffee to about 700 to 800 microns.
\n\u2022 Place the coffee grinds onto the pre-wetted paper filter on the dripper.<\/p>\n

For the\u00a0first pour\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0bloom.
\n<\/strong>\u2022 Pour 40 ml in a circular manner.
\n\u2022 Let the coffee bloom until 30-40 seconds.<\/p>\n

For the\u00a0second pour.
\n<\/strong>\u2022 Continuing in a circular manner, pour 70ml more, until 110 ml, by 1 minute and 10 seconds.<\/p>\n

At the\u00a0third pour<\/strong>\u00a0and onto the last &\u00a0fourth pour<\/strong>.
\n\u2022 Still in circles, pour the next 70 ml to make 180 ml within 2 minutes.
\n\u2022 For the last pour, focus at the center until 225 ml.
\n\u2022 Dripping should complete within 2 minutes to 3 minutes and 20 seconds.<\/p>\n

After the\u00a0last pour.
\n<\/strong>\u2022 If the water drains either slower than 3 minutes or faster than 2 minutes and 30 seconds, consider adjusting your grind size.
\n\u2022 Dispose of the coffee grounds & the paper filter responsibly.
\n\u2022 Pour the brew into your favorite cup \u2014 and\u00a0enjoy your coffee!<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
