Vinxo Decaf is a delightful Guatemalan coffee produced by Finca Quequezques in the highlands of San Juan Sacatepéquez. This coffee draws much of its character from the region’s volcanic soil and favorable climate.
The cup challenges expectations of a typical decaf, offering a refined edge. It strikes a harmonious balance of fruit-forward notes and cacao, with a beautiful underlying sweetness that lingers pleasantly. In our blind cupping, it shined—outperforming other caffeinated coffees. We couldn’t believe it was decaf!
