Just like previous years, Smoothie is produced by Julio Madrid and Andrés Quiceno at Hacienda La Riviera in Risaralda, Colombia. This iteration of Smoothie is more tropical fruit-forward than previous versions, yet still sweet and clean. It has a velvety smooth mouth feel reminiscent of an airy milkshake. Even after cupping hundreds of different coffees this year, Smoothie remains distinct and unlike anything we have experienced before.
