We present this exquisite microlot grown by Felipe Arcila at “La Pradera” farm. “Lollipop” features a unique Honey process where the coffee cherries undergo a 72-hour dry anaerobic fermentation with real Lychee pulp added.

This intricate method creates a stunning flavor profile; intense Lychee notes blend with chocolate and lime zest, resulting in a high-scoring cup (90) that is as festive as it is delicious.
