Brazil Mogiana 250g (BLACK HORSE)

62 AED

‎Processing: Natural‎ ‎Altitude above 1350 meters above sea level‎ ‎Tasting Note: Light cup with a balanced body, walnut, caramel, and cocoa notes‎ ‎Many will love it as a single-origin drink but can be used as a great blend base. It tastes very neutral and depends on the flavors that are easily mixed with it.‎ ‎Brazil Mogiana 17/18 is produced by farmers organized around cooperatives in the Mogiana growing area divided between the states of São Paulo and Minas Gerais, Brazil. The Mugiana region is the most famous of the three major Brazilian regions that are growing. This area has stepping hills and lending uneven terrain to small and medium-sized farms. As the world’s largest coffee producer, Brazilian pieces often come from larger properties that use highly mechanized processing strategies to manage larger quantities. Our current offering is Fine Cup (FC) and Strictly Soft (SS), the highest cup category in the Brazilian coffee classification.‎ ‎Tasting Notes:‎ ‎The smell is beautiful and delicious. There was a surprising hint of smoke on the palate. Full body and low acidity – this is the traditional taste of Brazil – thick, creamy, nutty and semi-sweet. In dark grills the first taste is very sweet, slightly fruity, then quickly turns to a darker color with Bakers’ chocolate and a lightly toasted walnut flavor. A great base for espresso mix or for adding body in dark tones.‎ ‎Roasting Notes:‎ ‎The cup comes together in a medium roast and tastes so great in a dark roast. For blending, it always gives a neutral taste and a good body.‎
